The fact is i am in love with korea dramas a long time ago so i have watched it in every kinds of genres and if they are all identically with the cheesy love story but actually some of them has the line story that are going to blow up your mind to understood. I like all of the genres of drama except horrors. I could finished the whole episodes of drama only within' one day just if it offers a good line story. And i'll mention some dramas that will blow up your mind but i guess the rest of them are in Action, Criminals, Laws, and Politics.
1. City Hunter (2011)
I watched this drama two times and never disappointed me. I like the way Lee Min Ho played as a city hunter and revealed all the corrupt government in the past few years. It came when his father and friends got betrayed by the chief team when he sent all the soldiers to North Korea. So, He took a revenge for his father when actually his biological father was......(bip). It contains action, politics, and love. I won't being a spoiler so you should watch it by yourself. 2. Gap Dong (2014)
Gap Dong is a drama that tells about a story 20 years ago. A father from Moo Yeom was being accused as a chain murderer "Gap Dong" and after being tortured in a cruel investigated, finally he committed suicide. In the future, Moo Yeom is an detective whom has a job to arrest the gap dong, but the gap dong were gone ever since and the case were going to be closed. Moo Yeom thoughts gap dong already dead and he was no longer investigate about the case. But all of sudden, there comes up a new clues that tells gap dong is still alive and he promised to arrest gap dong by himself. When i watched it, the drama really made me confused and it was unpredictable. But all of the victims of murder has no censor in the drama so it will be a little bit nasty if you do not like blood, bad scars, etc. Watch it here.
3. God's Gift (2014)
Kim Soo-Hyun is a mother whom her daughter will be kidnapped and killed. But the mother got the gift to travel the past time 2 weeks before the accident happened exactly. Soo Hyun planned to expose the kidnapping accident and save her daughter before she was being killed. And also there was an ex police and now being a private detective who helped her to save her daughter's life. They fought with the times because they only had 14 days to reveal all the secrets and something big comes up unexpectedly. because of the story about a mother who wanted to save her daughter's life so i felt so touched because it told us how our mother really love us so she did sacrifice her everything just wanted to make sure her children are safe. watch it here.
4. Healer (2014)
A well known reporter, Kim Mooh Ho, works at the famous broadcasting station. But, with no intention he found an old mysterious case that never be revealed from a years ago. That case involve a group of people who run the illegal broadcasting station. So, he became near with the people who involved on purpose. He got help from an internet reporter, Park Min Young ( I forgot her role name), and a mysterious guy called "Healer" who expert in self-defense. The three of them works together to reveal the case and finally they became a well through of reporters. But, There will be a lot of conflicts during their fight to reveal the truth. Well, there was a love story between the healer and internet reporter and to be honest, they were so cute together. And the story also will reveal what is the relationship between all of them. watch it here.
5. Hidden Identity (2015)
This drama tells about a team that created by a police department to solve a case and also to decrease the criminality that growing up so fast. Just like the tittle of the drama, they worked secretly with no one knows who they are and their identity never been noted or registered. And it was also my first time to watched Kim Boom played action because he used to had a role as flower boy who acted cute and playboy. But, in this drama he did a well job. Because of he was the main actor too, he played as Cha Gun Woo whom the ex of SEAL and SWAT and of course he was good at fighting and he was so ambitious to took a revenge after his death's girlfriend. He worked as a team with the other and the chief of the team was his dead-girlfriend's big brother. This drama also contains violence and tortures. And the line story was so frustrated and unpredictable! watch it here.
6. Signal (2016)
It is based on true story in Korea and famous with the name of Hwaseong a chain murders that happened in the era of 1980. A ten serial killer that never been caught and the victims always be girls. In this drama, there are two detectives who secretly had a contact but they are from another era. one of them is from the past and the other is from the future. They had a contact through the walkie-talkie. And what makes it weird is they only had a conversation in the middle of the night and they also could change the history. The first time i watched it, i was a little bit confused because there was a flash back scene like so very much. But, if you watch it seriously, you'll understand and don't want to missed a single episode. lol. watch it here.
