I ever made a promise that i'll post something about "how to lose weight" aka "dieting". And here we go! Everyone obviously desire a well perfect shaped body, but some people were born to be lucky and the others were born to be a fighter. So which one of you?
To be honest, i am the 2nd choices and after the long struggle 2years ago, i am in love with the new me because no result will ever betrayed the efforts. Beside commited a healthy diet by took care of eating system, i did some exercise too.
My typical exercise wasn't like the outdoor activities but indoor activities. And i'll divide it into 2 sections, and they are (1) Morning exercise and (2) Evening exercise.
1. Morning Exercise
Set your alarm and make sure you wake up at 05.00 am and do not go to bed again. Drink water about 2 glasses or more and do some stretching such as like :
- Jog in place (10mins)
- Jumping jacks (50x)
- Up&down squat (30x)
- Plank (60secs)
- Push up (10x)
- Sit up (20x)
- Split (60secs, only if you capable at it)
- Jog in place again (3mins)
Do it continues day per day and take a look for a different you. This morning exercise also can smooth your ingestion and you can welcome your new flat belly too.
I also had an applications for mobile phone and you can download it at your app store (Apple) and play store (Android).
I rarely use Brazillian Butt because i am too lazy ass lol and i prefer to use Amazing Abs because the result will come quick if you do it continuously. And for Daily Cardio, i prefer to use it when the morning comes or at the noon when holidays before take a bath.
You can try it at home without any pretty penny :)
2. Evening Exercise
There are my favourite youtube videos i like because they are so inspiring and i usually follow their workout because it works really well.
You can do Zumba or Combat dance for beginners and it will produces a lot of sweat. And here are some easiest workout dance you can follow at home down bellow:

My another favourite youtube channel by Joanna Soh and she is also asian. She inspired a lot of woman and me obviously. Her youtube channel contains a lot of positive vibes that i couldn't mention one by one. She shared stuffs belong to healthy, motivations, and recommendations. And here is the link below:
Her best workout that i follow is "How to lose 300calories under 20mins" video. The sweat that we are going to produce just like to be A LOT and it will be so much exhausting but worth every drops sweat and ache.
Do it continuously every evening before you take a bath and go to sleep. And for the first time beginners, sure it will hard as shit and very painful, but just think about the result you'll get.
And the most important is you should stay commit and consistent.
